I’m in for a shirt. Sourcing and shipping might be tricky though this year. I have some racing singlets that have been sitting on a dock in South America for a few months now, no idea when they’ll get cleared.
Sadly I cannot do it as it clashes with Battle in the Bowl, a 2 hour cx race, which is a A race for me.
I could do it after the race, but would have to lower the % so seems a bit pointless.
Glad to hear you are organising another one in December. I will be interested to see what TSS I get for it. Also I have not done much over 2 hours on the trainer, so I guess the challenges will be. Saddle sore/ pedaling continually/ back/neck ache/ toilet stops(I`m female) /eating/drinking enough. Will be interested to hear those of you on here who have completed this workout, how best to do it

Got owned by Disaster today.
I was tired going into the SS with sprints interval but on the first interval, my quads cramped. Decided to go aerobic the rest of the way but cramps came again. Did this as a group workout with my brother. They really need to bring group workout to iOS because the desktop app is clunky. It wouldn’t change resistance for 30s of Vo2 and then try to compensate and go ro 450. Had to put it in resistance mode for them. The iOS app so much smoother. Anyways, I feel scarred but now I’ll have to give it a shot again to settle the score
Great work! Fireworks is no joke, especially after the VO2 section.
Luckily I have a 24 hour 600km group ride the week before. Which I expect to be easier than a solo, turbo, disaster.
In for Dec though, I still wear my T shirt from disaster #1 with pride.
Can I suggest a one off return for ‘beers with chad’ for the day after disaster day 2020?

I’m thinking about doing either the -2 or -1. -2 is only slightly longer than my scheduled workout, but definitely more intensity. Might be fun to upgrade to -1 depending on how life is going.

Great work, fireworks is the hardest section to get through.
I’ve been thinking about the ride and passed that I couldn’t finish it.
Is it possible to do this workout with an accurate FTP or is it like Mary Austin where it’s assumed that by the end of ssbmv2 you will have a higher ftp?
