I would need a week of recovery before tackling this. And maybe a week off dealing with kids, and life…Train, Eat and sleep for 6 days…lots of use of the massage gun. Im talking myself into it…

Probably won’t be up for the full hell week madness, but I’m in for at least some mild psychosis.
I’m was considering taking a week of vacation and seriously trying this. I already have a week off planned for when The Last of Us Part II is released (May 29th), and it just so happens that I’m at the very end of a training block right before that. The test Hell Week agenda on my calendar already perfectly lines up with when I have vacation planned (June 1-7).
It’s like it was meant to be.
Next week I should’ve been on a week riding holiday in Gran Canaria, so maybe a big ass block indoors would be a decent substitute. Hmmm. Interesting idea.

Disaster days always seemed like a bad idea to me!! Too tired right now anyway with trying to work from home with kids… Work days have essentially become 6:30am to 8:30pm - and I go to bed soon after!! I’m lucky to get on the trainer/bike for 2-3h a week (total) right now!

“Rockhouse” reminds me of those gas station hot dogs that always look so appealing while stumbling home after last call, but that you always come to regret later.
I would be interested in Disaster or one of the minor versions any weekend in April - just need to know a handful of days in advance so I can skip some harder workouts leading in to it
