Sweet potatoes are already really sweet to me so I like to go savory with them.
-Heat grill.
-Slice apx 1/4" to 1/2".
-Toss with oil and if you want add cumin seeds and or whatever chili powder you like.
-Place on grill.
-Now this part depends on the heat of you grill, check after a minute. When they start getting some color flip them.
I always do more than needed for a meal so I can have some in the fridge. It is one of my favorite snacks.
Has anyone mentioned raw? I don’t eat a whole raw one at a time but some chopped small in a salad is pretty good.
