Yeah I am on a high volume and demanding plan

I’ve just deleted the plan and reloaded one for increased ftp. 4months. Balanced approach. 5:3 workout ratio. Lowered my ftp more in line with what the future AI suggested, ((225) not 216 as system suggests in 28days but still -11% from 245). I think the system no longer being Traditional ftp based,…

I don’t know. I never clicked on reveal when the new system booted as I thought I’d be able to manually trigger a contemporary AIFTP detection but that has gone as feature unfortunately :man_shrugging: It’s saying my ftp will go from 225 to 219 based on what is come by 6 Feb
