Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I couldn’t seem to find it.
I did Warlow today and I was struggling- hard! wayyy out of the range of normal for me. About 20 minutes in, I look at my resistance settings on my fluid trainer and lo and behold, it’s set a couple notches higher than usual. Is there a way to adjust that section of the workout to a different “trainer” (since my trainer at least has different settings in the Virtual Power device settings)?
