Can u damage ur carbon front wheel while using kick core or any other direct drive smart trainer?
Does it damage the wheel over time. Or me just thinking to much 
Why would it sustain more damage than on the road?
Kept the tire inflated, but otherwise don’t see how it would get damaged during regular use.
All the pressure is always on the same spokes?

Yup, I have a practice of spinning mine each ride (after checking inflation) to spin the bearings and settle in a different spot. Also, keep an eye on sweat, that can lead to salt corrosion.
