Guys, I was taught how to swim properly by someone with a lot of knowledge, both competitive swimming, and SF military with an expertise in the trade. This said, I’m not using these to help with crap form. This article is what sold me on these. I bought both, the Blue Seventy Core and the ROKA Sim Pro 2. These are an incredible piece of equipment!
