Really good race analysis. I’m strictly a MTB racer but I enjoyed that a lot.
Awesome effort! Good overall insight on intervals as they relate to actual racing. Knowing a little about how much you ride, who the other players were in this race, developing that huge aerobic base sets up this effort. Intervals are important no doubt, but I really feel the single largest best one thing amateurs can do is ride a ton more than you want in sub threshold zones.
Curious if you up’d your z2/3 Kj’s/time this year from previous years?
z2 yes, z3, no. kj’s def up, I’ve never ridden this much, and CTL like 30 points higher around 170-180
Nice work Brendan! Going back next week to finish off the series?
Oh no, just curious after I went to the LBS Lambert works at occasionally Monday and he mentioned going back to race the second part. Have fun and good luck!
