Brick not brick?

Yet again I’ve got a brick run scheduled, but there is no bike workout for the day, do I just wing it?

This is a know issue where brick runs aren’t tied to cycling workouts, so when you’re arranging your schedule in Plan Builder you can easily separate the two and they then won’t always align with each other in your plan.

It looks like your bricks are always on Wednesdays, but you only cycle on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The easiest solution here would be to rearrange your schedule by either moving Wednesday’s runs to a day where you have a bike workout, or move one of your bike workouts to Wednesdays.

@eddie work and time dictate my weeks structure, so changing things currently isn’t possible

I’d say that your only option then is to do the run as a non-brick workout. :man_shrugging: :brick:

It does seem strange that Tuesdays bike and run workouts aren’t as a brick🤷

You should be able to move them to be on the days that you’d like.

Load up your calendar on the web and click on the title of your plan in the top left corner of the screen, and then click “Edit Plan.”
