Just give an update on this topic on my progress:
- Swim: Pools opened last week and I started swimming lessons, 2 times a week. It’s going really well, I can already feel a lot of progress.
- Bike: Finished the Olympic Tri Base MV, got a bump from 197 to 218W (2,9 to 3,2w/kg). Started at 166w in June with Zwift ftp builder.
- Kept running Z2 runs 2-3 times a week.
My first triathlon is only in March but I feel that my training is on the right track ![]()
