I have a new training plan scheduled to begin on Tuesday. With TR AI announced and around the corner, should I postpone my plan start date for after AI releases, or just begin and assume the AI will come into play when the plan is in progress?
I would definitely start now. Worst case, you have to re-build in a few days, but best case, if it takes a few weeks to launch, you will have those weeks of structure under your belt.
Yeah. Def start. Doing the workouts will still be beneficial no matter what happens. I expect the “New and Improved” AI algorithm will be able to kick in on ongoing plans, and if it doesn’t, just start a new plan when it’s live. Per the description, it will take everything prior into consideration when creating and managing the plan.
