Totally. In kit I probably would have picked up some speed. I still can’t deny that I’m a 193cm sail on this frame.

That looks like a slightly uphill segment too. Not sure why you are handicapping yourself (clothing, surface, gradient) in search of a 20mph average? Change just one of those things and you’d comfortably be over 20mph for the effort. You call 193cm a sail? I’m 197. No excuses!

I just thought 20 mph all day @ that wattage. Been riding in MTB kit mostly these days for comfort.

If you’re unsure tbh I’d just get a couple of eBay specials in the two lengths to try them out. Once I was happy with bar width and stem length then look at spending lots for a fully integrated cockpit.

You also need to factor HB width into the equation…also, what are the dimensions you currently running for your HB / stem. If you could post some side shots of you on the bike, that would help give us a better idea where you currently are in terms of fit.

And handlebar reach, since that can vary as well.

Whatever a fitter says is best for you after seeing you. I don’t think anyone could properly answer that on line. Someone in the The Bike Fitting Mega-Thread - Equipment - TrainerRoad thread however, might give you a steer but I wouldn’t guarantee it.
