AT puts Keith as the first threshold workout in a new block. Really?

I think too much „smash it“ talk in this thread (some comments) when signs were not good. Overall AT has lost here. Better err on the easy side than burning people out especially given the ratings of the preceding workouts.

Did AI recognize struggle? And did it give reasonable downward adjusting going on?

Yeah, it dropped me down to McAdie (5.1) for the next threshold.

Oh, I don’t know. Let’s call it a split decision. One thing is for sure, nobody can say you quit on the workout…so, good work. Very, very interesting commentary on AT behavior.

I think we’re all learning how to answer post-workout surveys to goal seek what our intuition is telling us about next week’s workouts. For instance, if I find myself in a situation similar to yours I’m going to for sure answer taht Threshold survey ‘All Out’. But before this thread I would have answered exactly the way you did.

Anyhow, I’ll say it again, I think that was good work even if you didn’t do every little interval. And I’m grateful that you shared your interaction with TR Adaptive Training in a transparent way. So, thanks.
