Are there any way I can “refresh” the uploaded file from Strava?
On yesterdays ride with my daughter ended with a bang and some blood and sand, and I forgot to stop the GPS. It recorded some faffing around afterwards, and also part of the car-ride home. I have cropped the ride in Strava, and also changed the name of the ride. The name-change appears in TR calendar but the data still shows the faffing around and the car ride.
I can delete the ride in the calendar and manually load and reload the gpx file from strava, but there should be a sort of “refresh” function. It obviously caught the name change right away.
Last time I had to re-add a ride I deleted it from TR and then manually uploaded the fit file. It’s doable but it was a bit of a faff if I remember right
I did it, and it worked, just as expected an described in my first post.
The issue is that it would/should be a manual “refresh data from Strava/GC/whatever source” function for instances when cropping rides and other issues have been fixed. It was a minor issue for me this time but it happens quite freqently that Myself and friends logs car rides.
How do you upload a FIT file to TrainerRoad? I can’t find where the option is.
EDIT: Predictably, I found it right after asking There’s an “import activity” button in the https://www.trainerroad.com/app/career/[username]/activities page under Career.
