Resting and active calories often total c.3.5K per day (2k plus 1.5k respectively). Do people take any note of this? I normally eat around 2.5K calories…. I walk the dog for an hour per day, often play soccer with son, weights as well as 4 one hour TR sessions per week.
Apple Watch calories are a general educated guess as best.
My resting calories is usually between 2400-2700. Active calories when I’m “normally” active is around 1000. I only consider these as a general idea of what my tdee might be.
