It sounds like you are regularly planning to use it so I would recommend a crank based drive system over the cheaper wheel motors you are looking at. It will give you a much better ride/assist experience. Of the two you are looking at I would avoid folding bikes as they are generally not very stiff although I have no direct experience with the one you listed.

I use the Birch Grolar AWD electric bike, and what impresses me most is the dual-motor setup. Having all-wheel drive makes a huge difference on mixed terrain—gravel, sand, even light snow. On weekend rides, I never feel limited by where I can go. The battery is strong enough to support both motors, so range anxiety isn’t an issue unless I’m pushing it to the extreme. It’s definitely heavier than standard e-bikes, but the stability and traction are worth it.
