Don’t forget your head unit - some places will rent them out to you, but if you take your own make sure they can provide the right mount, or take that with you as well. Water bottles easy to buy from the rental shops if you don’t want to pack them.
I’ve also used Pro Cycle Hire in Puerto Pollenca a few times, I’d recommend them.
