Amount of sleep using Garmin watch

I would guess this. Sleep is near and dear to me, I’ve dealt with apnea for years. Interested to hear what comes from further treatment. I’ll share my story shortly.

I’m sorry to hear that. It’s not in the least surprising given the description of your symptoms.

Basically, there are 2 general courses of action. In the non-intrusive area are dental appliances and CPAPs. In the intrusive (surgery) area are procedures of the nose, tongue, uvula, and jaw (multiple variants) all aimed at keeping the airway open while you sleep.

I’d recommend that you do some research, if you haven’t done so already, to understnand them, including their potential advantages and risks, and then speak to a high quality otolaryngologist if you haven’t done so already. DM me if you’d like to discuss off line.
