In that case no, I don’t think you’ve drastically under fueled the ride

My next thought is wondering if it is possible that it has something to do with my breathing - could I be unnecessarily turning sweet spot into an anaerobic exercise and getting the ammonia smell for that reason? I feel like my breathing is adequate but I’m pretty confused why this would be happening across the board on most workouts.
This used to happen to me during my racing career, mostly after a very hard race or Full on effort in a time trial. I used to notice it was associated with my intracostal muscles being sore from the breathing effort.
