Overall AI has been pretty impressive at scheduling appropriate workout intensity. So this caught me off guard. AI has me going 8 weeks straight without a rest week. I’ll just make the adjustment manually, but I assume this is a mistake. Peace.

It looks like your current training plan originally started on October 9th, 2025, but when I dig in, it appears to only begin on April 8th (today).
Is there anything that you changed about this plan since you started it back in October? If the plan was recheduled to start today and there wasn’t a rest week last week, that could explain why you’re jumping right back into the start of a base phase after your previous specialty phase wraped up.
It looks like you’re just missing a recovery week at the end of that specialty phase, which could potentially be a bug of some sort, but I’d like to rule out any changes to this plan that could have caused things to restart today after the plan originally began in October.
Let me know your thoughts.
Might be my fault it thinks it starts today, I went in to the “adjust plan” thinking it may do some kind of recalculation. I did not change anything, at least not intentionally. I did this today. The lack of a rest week has been scheduled for as long as I remember looking to what’s ahead. I have been throwing a few curve balls at AI. Got sick a few days and had a knee injury.
That might be why it’s telling me in some places that the plan started today, but doesn’t explain the missing rest week if it’s been missing all along. ![]()
I do think we had an issue in the past where certain plans didn’t end with a rest week. Let me dig in and have a look.. ![]()
Other than today, I have not changed anything.
(And I’m pretty sure I didn’t change anything today.)
When you built this plan, was that final A race always included?
Yes - that A race was for the entire plan.
Alright, I’ve done some digging, and this is actually an issue we’re aware of but haven’t gotten fixed yet. I’m hoping this is a simple one to fix, but for now I’d recommend finishing up next week, then deleting your plan and re-adding it to your calendar with a start date of April 27th.
That leaves the week of the 20th blank and we can make that a rest week for you with some TR AI workouts.
Maybe we’ll have this fixed before then and you won’t need to do that, but that’s a simple workaround that we can bank on for now.
