Just did Klammspitze, 0,65IF zone 2 ride at 2hours. AI guessed it would be easy. It was. However after completion prediction went up from 265 - 269w. This sound like crazy to me (already fearing 265w). Can anyone explain how it can change this much just based on a easy zone 2 ride? I thought this AI mostly looked at threshold workouts.
I can’t explain it, because I can only see your calendar as it is now, post-ride, and so in theory every workout between now and your AIFTP Prediction date could have changed.
Not sure what has changed. Atleast the next 2 planned workouts this week are exactly the same as before my ride today.
so it much have seen something “different” in my z2 ride today? However it is rats easy just as it was predicted.
