Once for a crank arm that came off. Unfortunately my directions of Tescos in Harlow weren’t great, who knew there are 3. Finally got a call saying I couldn’t find you so gone home so had a 4 hour journey back across trains/tubes and taxis I then got in trouble for wasting the day.
