Zwift help.....?

First ride back in Zwift in 6 months. I’m climbing Alpe Du Zwift with trainer difficulty set to 100% and I’m on a 13% grade doing 135W in gear 6 of 11… any idea what setting I might have wrong? And I’m not in erg mode. I’m actually in “free ride” on a workout I built.

What speed was it showing?

When you say “free-ride” do you mean you’re in a workout and it’s an interval where it’s a “rider’s choice" kinda interval without a power target?

I think that sort of interval should allow you to feel the terrain, unless you mess with the .zwo file to set it to flat road feel.

If it’s a regular interval with a power target, then your only option is flat road feel, whether you’re in erg or not.

Yes. As soon as the workout ended it went back to normal - 200+ W on 10%. I didn’t realize you couldn’t feel terrain in a workout. I thought in erg mode it would do that, but in a workout you could feel terrain. Now I know!
