It used to be “pain is weakness leaving the body”. I was doing triathlon then. Now it’s "Listen to your knees’, as I don’t have a single event on my calendar for this year… yet.

For endurance training, the two most important factors are riding volume, and riding volume.

Stick to the plan but be ready to change it.

Complain less while riding your bicycle.
