XCM: Improving core and grip strength

I have an off-season Kettlebell plan already. But I stopped and then started again earlier this season, and the pause caused me to over do it on my return, so I was off the bike for two weeks with a knee injury. So I’ve been avoiding restarting into this season ends so that I can start over properly.

Good call. They’re currently somewhere between 30 and 40 degrees from parallel to the bars. Not quite flat, but I don’t have to do much rotating to grab the levers. I’ll shorten the lever reach and adjust them a bit more anyway. Thanks!

My brother was a professional guide; I never got into it because I’m terrified of heights. I’ll think about this one…
