Hello, I have been using TR for about 3 months now and it is all good except auto workout change thingy. It is extremely annoying. I am building my own plan by using AI workout feature. However, anytime I change something from the plan some workout’s length changes without asking to me! I am having to click on top of the workout out and changing with the one I already picked. Can’t we have reverse? Like it just makes a recommendation instead of changing the workout. Or is there any way to do this already and I am being ignorant and lazy?
You should also have settings where you can prevent things like workout length from changing. (Account, settings, automatic adjustments on the web, I’m sure mobile is simlar).
If you show some screenshots of specific examples where you’re things are changing we can help you best with how to manage it.
I think what you actually want to select is to turn off workout extensions, if you are fine with the workout itself changing harder or easier, but don’t want the length changing.
Pinning workouts is the way to go when there are specific workouts on your calendar that you don’t want to change for any reason, but switching off automatic adaptations still gives you the option to adapt your workouts if you’d like, but just won’t do it automatically..
