Which workouts do you do outside?

Hey Everyone,

Which workouts are your favorites to do outside? Mine are probably the steady state ones and the shorter SS intervals. Would be interested which ones people think are easy to complete well outside.

Wynne is my favorite outdoor TR workout. 2 min, 1 min and 30 second Anaerobic capacity intervals. One reason I like it is that despite my urban location, I have the perfect course nearby that fits the repeats and i can actually do it as prescribed Also, I’ve done it outside about 30 times over the past 4 years so i have data to use it as a great test workout.
