Friend! I think you are pretty healthy as me because I had faced the same issues and approx I have tried more than 12 to 15 brands. But thankfully last month I have ordered 2 large size jeans from Furor: https://furorjeans.com/product-category/bottom/denim-jeans/ and it is perfectly fit from my thighs.
Levis 501, 32x34. Since I was 18.
Because some of us are skinny.
28x32, stretchy jeans required.
Lately I’ve had good luck with the stretch Wrangler at Target, and the occasional Seven For All Mankind at discount stores.
Jeans with holes are all the rage now. So just cut out most of material where you need space.
On a serious note +1 for American eagle stretch jeans (true to size). I’ve also had good success with the jeans from express (sizing up an inch). Brands like Zara also have some good options.
Best thing is to go to biggest mall in your area and go to all the stores to try on jeans
Wrangler Texan jeans are my jam.
For people with big calf and big legs these thing are the best.
I buy them at jeans center in the Netherlands.
34*34 is required
I’m quickly becoming a convert to stretch jeans rather than the spray-painted thigh useless pockets look.
I work in a relaxed environment so I’m in jeans most days.
In the UK I found jeans in Marks and Spencers of all places, their clothes usually belong on your Grandad.
Added to that they actually stock the 32x31 I need!
Wife’s at me cause I’m wearing baggies. Can’t stand to see the seat “hanging from my arse” it seems.
Hence, thanks a lot for the suggestions here, I’m going to check if I can find something that’s snug enough so that she can perv on my glutes, but relaxed enough so that my thighs don’t feel compressed.
Wish me luck!
PS: If anyone has recommendations on boxer shorts, I’d happily take, too
My jeans must be worth a freakin TON then! i can destroy a pair in a day or two if I am not careful.
Abercrombie & Fitch, if you haven’t tried them in a while have really stepped it up. Several fit and wash options and the prices make them accessible. I’ve bought multiple pairs of the athletic skinny fit – they have stretch as well…
I have had a lot of luck with Levi’s 541. They are Athletic Fit, but seem to nail the waist to thigh ratio for cyclists.
Targets jeans are really good and are a great price as well. No problems here even when I was up to 190lbs weight lifting.
I’ve had proportionately larger legs my entire life, and stretchy jeans have changed my life.
2% or more spandex only.
Paige Jeans, Joe’s Jeans. I don’t wear any other denim anymore.
That was one that I thought would fit, but I have to buy 2 sizes too big for my waist to fit my thighs, which leaves a folded uncomfortable bunch in the waste under my belt. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Thanks for the tip. I’ll try those next time I’m in the US. It would be nice to find some that fit well and don’t break the bank.
I eventually may concede. I hate the feel of stretch jeans - they feel like running tights to me.
Same here. The stretch version is really nice as well.
Rapha or Lululemon if you are looking for more fitted trousers. Not normal jeans like levis or similar.
I have a similar problem. I have a pair of shaped bodies and sometimes it is really hard to buy jeans and other clothes. But I have opened Levi’s Women’s 811 and Flare Bell jeans.
I think you can also take a look at Levi’s. This manufacturer makes jeans for all types of bodies and for different sides of the legs.
Reminds me of my powerlifting days. 34" waist and 30" thighs. I had to buy “extra baggy” back then
Chiming in late to second the Levis 541, just tried some on in store and they fit better than any other jeans I’ve tried.
2022 - no more coworkers making fun of my “skinny jeans”
