I love the experience using TrainerRoad and my ZwiftHub, but (for now) I’m not interested in suggested workouts or the AI stuff. I have a few workouts I’ve favourited, and a few custom ones I created, but it takes so many steps to load them in my Android app. I wonder if I’m doing it wrong?
Open app, splashscreen
Career / home view
Open side navigation, select Workouts
Click on the “List” tab
Click on “Filters”
Scroll to the bottom, and expand the “Favorite” and “Custom”
Select one or both, and click “Apply filters”
My desired workout shows up
This feels a bit long to load workouts I’ve marked as favourite, so I wonder if I’m missing something?
If a workout was created in WorkoutCreator and you mark it as “favorite”, then it won’t show up if you only select “Favorite”; you must choose the “Custom” filter too. This one might just be a bug though.
If you’re looking to schedule a custom workout then there’s no need to select the favorite filter. Other than that, I think that’s the fastest way in the mobile app.
However, on the web on PC/Mac you can copy and paste workouts on the calendar and also copy and paste whole weeks. So you can occasionally setup your plan there then just modify on mobile as you need to. Mobile does let you drag and drop to move workouts on the calendar, or edit their date, but there’s no copy/paste on mobile.
Have the same issue. The old version of the software had favorites right at the top in workouts. Super quick to find. Now I need to select it through filters etc.
nah I wasn’t looking to schedule workouts - just load specific ones. Maybe that is the solution though - schedule them and stick to it.
It’s a shame, I don’t quite understand the reasoning for this change in UX. According to the other post, it used to behave differently, with favourites more easily accessible.
Additionally, what happened to listing workouts by duration? I see you can list all workouts by duration but I typically browse 45 minute workouts only but can’t now.
