Ive had Spencer +1 as an achieveable workout for the last few weeks and even after my AI FTP boost last Thursday my VO2Max PL was still 5.0 and the workout was still achievable. I think it was still achievable yesterday and no adaptions were made. Then this morning the VO2Max PL had fallen to 4.3 and it had become a ‘stretch’. I can’t be positive but I think when I set my unstructured weekend rides to ‘easy’ it briefly went back to ‘achievable’ before reverting to ‘stretch’. After no adaptations I decided to give it a go but I also decided to do it in ‘resistance’ mode considering the intervals too short for ERG. I can always do better after that extra few seconds to warm up in resistance mode. I had planned to ramp up the resistance during intervals and minimise the shifting but for some reason TR decided to freeze the key board.
