Boarstone - Endurance 5.3
Today was a bit of an experiment. Had lunch of pasta and salad, and was on the bike within 15 minutes with nothing more than a bottle of water. Knocked out two solid hours of Z2. It was absolutely fine. Legs were a bit DOMSy after lifting for the first time in ages on Tuesday, so I took the opportunity to do a lot of this at 95rpm or above to try to rest the fast twitch fibres.
