I live for DST. I wish the fall went the opposite direction and kept the sun up past 7 on the short days.
No kidding. I’m completely unable to fall asleep at a decent hour. I’m up multiple times and then struggle with exhaustion all day. … until about 8 at which point I’m wired and the cycle starts all over.
Teenagers need to sleep a lot more than older people; they have to recover from all those waking hours of eye-rolling and complaining about the Man. They also have to process all those angst by-products.
We don’t see pm either…
I think the 8 hours is a myth… it is quality that matters and the number of hours uninterrupted. I am the same as you and would love to sleep through… never managed it
I have 2, soon to be 3 kids under 4. I dont remember what this mythical 8 hours or sleep is. I heard about a guy that had it once…
All these devices have different algorithms for what is actual sleep. Id bet if you wore an apple watch, garmin and whoop all together for a night, youd get 3 different answers. I guess what matters is you use the same one consistently?
