Try having her use a white noise app on her phone to create some background noise all night. This helps mask the noise of me and the kids getting up and moving in the morning, as well as any noises coming from outside. It doesn’t have to be loud and as long as it’s playing before either of you go to sleep, it shouldn’t disrupt your sleep.
