What do you guys actually do on a recovery week

Recovery is most critical. If I train with illness I get stuck in a vicious circle where I don’t recover properly until I take a week completely off.

Interesting. Most colds (so not talking severe illness here or when you feel really bad) I actually feel better if I do an easy 30 min at .5-.6 IF on the trainer. Kinda helps raise the body temp slightly and clear thing out.

My general rule is above the neck continue to train (but easy, nothing thst causes fish out of water feeling), below the neck then rest up.

i do the endurance workouts it prescribes, but only if I feel like it. For example last recovery week I did 2 mid week endurance workouts, then skipped the prescribed workouts in the weekend because I wanted to feel well rested. Then I began my new block.
