I did the first 4 months of this year using the free TACX software, and since April on TR. I guess I am just getting to the point where I am losing motivation sitting indoors now the weather is warming in Australia. What do you do to keep up the motivation? Any suggestions?

Yeah, movies. The harder I ride the stupider the movie has to be.

Listen to music a lot on the trainer for workouts. I’d only ever really watch something if it was a long z2 ride on the trainer which I don’t do many. I used to love the GCN racing app for that.

Last winter I started to read during my endurance trainer rides (or the extra Z2 tacked onto the end). I found it to be a good low excitement activity that made the time go by surprisingly fast. It was annoying to find a way to keep the pages open and to flip the pages while riding though. So I’m…
