I’m interested, but I don’t see a reason to log into a Google account to fill out what is probably a survey form. EDIT: Thanks to @James_Sanderson for pointing out the utility of Private/Incognito mode!

Just use an incognito window to fill in the form. It’s just Google wanting you to sign in to save your progress.

Well, just officially filled out the form. I figure with all the conversation going on here, I can at least try to offer feedback and test in a constructive manner (if still needed anyways)
