Wattbike pro signal issue

I have a wattbike pro, when i start cycling the screen turns on, but nothing else happens.
It doesn’t display any signals about right-left difference or how hard i’m cycling etc.
So, the monitor isn’t receiving any signals at all. What could be the problem? And how can i fix it.

The following steps have already been tried:

  • Set to zero state
  • Reinserting and removing plugs on the circuit board.
  • Updating the software

Totally understand how frustrating it is to run into techinncal issues when you just want to ride!

I want to make sure that I understand the issue fully. Have you connected your Wattbike to the TrainerRoad app on your phone, tablet or computer? How are you pairing the Wattbike to the TrainerRoad app?

You can send me a DM by doing the following:

  • Go to the top right corner of your screen where you’ll see your Profile Picture (see the screenshot below).

  • Click on your profile picture.
  • Click on the 4th icon down, that represents an envelope.
  • On the right side of your screen click “New Message” highlighted in red.
