I eat pretty clean for all my meals (oatmeal, fruit, sweet potatoes, lentils, rice), but i keep a couple of bags of dried, sweetened fruit by my trainer and munch on those for rides longer than an hour.
What would be an alternative fuel? I feel like i need the sugar to get me through the later intervals.
+1 Iâm also waking up soaked in sweat lately and Iâm also training quite intensely for the last 3 months, around 12h a week currently. I recall Nate from TR stating this happening to him as well.
