Two years back when I bought my road bike, Quarq cranks came in two variations, the Red-level D1 and the Force-level D2. Has the D1 been discontinued?

Yup, that’s exactly what I was talking about in the other thread.
I reckon test protocols really do matter.
Money notwithstanding, I’d go with the Vittorias, though, they are really supple and nice to ride.
