Just come back Trainerroad after a break.
Pretty sure I used to pick up VP output from TR to my Edge 500 head unit via the Ant+ USB dongle.
It’s now failing to pair.
Can anyone confirm if this feature should work or has it been removed?
I would submit a ticket to support…never heard of that feature before…being the software takes data from your speed and cadence sensors and plots power based on your trainer’s power curve I dont think the data is broadcast for your head unit to pick up.
It was called “Device Relay” at one point. I seem to remember seeing that they removed it at some point, but I could be wrong. A search on TR help shows now hits, so I think it’s gone.

Yep, we have removed Device Relay in the last few years, sorry for the inconvenience 
. It still exists in the Legacy version of the app if you really need it, but you will miss out on a lot of new features such as Calendar Support, new UI, and any new features that we release in the future.
That being said, if that is something you are interested in, our Support Team would be happy to help set you up on the older version of the app 
.
