Very low ftp at 65 - 38 yr old female

Trust how you feel fitter in of yourself. I don’t pay too much attention to FTP. I do ultra distance events, and it how I feel and perform on those multi hour or multi day outings is what’s important. Not how I perform at a power number in the 40-70 min range of my power curve.

Hi @Alleycatdad thanks for the check in! I’m not doing to bad so far. I’m due to complete Base 2 low vol today and will then move onto Build general low volume. Hopefully I’m going about it the correct way. I have missed 3 workouts out of 12 in the recent base 2 phase but the main thing is I haven’t given up. I welcome any advice on which training plan to do next.

Glad to hear you’re plugging away! Consistency isn’t everything but it’s a huge piece. I don’t have specific plan advice for you, since I’m no expert, but there are plenty of folks here who are.
