Vegetarians/Vegans how are you getting 1.5g/kg of protein per day?

For you guys consuming lots of chickpeas consider cooking them instead of buying them canned. It’ll be way cheaper, way savoury, and with way fewer chemicals.

I use a pressure pan and it cooks in 6 min I believe. 1 bag makes a lot.

I’m not vegan but I like this vegan protein powder a lot. I tried Orgain’s regular protein powders before and hated them. Their ‘Simple’ line is good though. About once every month or two Costco has a sale for $8 off per tub.

I just bought a bag on Amazon but you can also buy pill form which is ore expensive or the frozen fruit usually at an Indian grocery store. It is very bitter so you need to is it with something else to hid the taste.
