I’ve seen a few folk on here posting about only experiencing knee pain on the Turbo. This vid popped up on my YouTube feed tonight and I thought they might like to check it out.
Not too bad with some good points to consider and the stretching may be worthwhile generally speaking. But I feel he missed other aspects of the differences inside vs outside. The lack of motion with most indoor setups as well as potential loading on the body due to differences in power/inertia on the pedals (varies with trainers, apps, training modes, etc.) can be big factors.
They aren’t relevant to everyone, just like his ideas on saddle height are highly subjective, but can help at least some riders, do totally worth mentioning for consideration by all.
