Trouble installing the custom workout creator

I’m having trouble installing the custom workout creator on my MacBook, I’ve clicked on the link and it now appears in my download folder but when I then click on it it says There is no application set to open the document “workoutcreator.air”. Has anyone else had this issue or who could guide me in the right direction. Thanks
