Training Plans for Older Riders

This week I will finish my first month on TR. I chose Short Power build mid-volume.
I was already in fair condition at 67 and relatively new to cycling. First ramp test at 202.
I see there is a ramp test early next week in the schedule. I feel I might be 10% higher now.

I cannot finish a 1.5 to 2 hour workout. I have finished quite a few 1 hour or 1 hour 10 minute workouts.

Here’s the deal: My longest race is 20K. But I am really training for the 5k and 10k. The workouts do not seem to be structured for someone my age and my short races…
