Haha

Fair. Have to try again with another build :man_shrugging:

Had my mat black 2019 S- Works Venge re-sprayed pearlescent white, I like it

That gold chain is just…perfect.

Yeh, moment of inspiration :joy:

Finally got myself a perfect little gravel bike. Its good to be back on drop bars! My little roadie is old school now without tyre clearance and has rim brakes so it spends most of the time on the turbo. Yet I missed being on drops so much. The gravel bike is the best thing ever. It is just perfect for my favourite kind of mixed surface terrain, with a good deal of tarmac thrown in to get to the best places quickly.

I see you must be a big fan of short stems

I am off road yes. Short as possible on mountainbikes.

Id rather my roadie stems were a tad longer but I am small with a tiny upper body so a short stem is the only way to get a comfy reach.

Beautiful! I don’t know why, but white bikes look sharp to me. That is very nice!

Part II.

Great location! Where is this at?

Why the HED Vanquish instead of the Roval Rapide CLX?

It’s Preddvor, a town in Slovenia, cca. 15 km away from Pogačar’s hometown.

All the people on my “how deep is too deep” thread have a lot to answer for…

The lovely deep Italian wheels make a lovely noise, I did have a couple wobbly moments so need to get some practice in - oh what a hardship!

Bellissimo :ok_hand:

BUT BUT BUT look at all the free stuff you get S-Works Turbo Rapidair 2Bliss Ready T2/T5 Tires 700 x 26, Silver Alloy Centerlock Rings, LTD Roval Double Wheel Bag, LTD Roval Water Bottle (x2), Custom Roval Dynaplug® Racer Pro w/ Spare Plugs, DT Swiss XDR FHB, DT Swiss Ceramic SINC Bearings, Spare Spoke & Nipple Kit w/ Hand Built Tension Card, Lifetime Warranty,

This definitely feels like a yeah we know these wheels are stupidly expensive so here’s maybe $300 in free stuff.

I like this workshop, wedge under the wheel and instruments on the right side. you seem to be a good neighbour

Finally finished my new “budget-friendly” road build:

I’ll keep a low-key search going for an integrated bar, but I’m thrilled with it so far. It is FAST.
