I dunno if I fall into “good people” but here’s my CAAD12 ;). I’ve since cut the steerer tube and made a few other adjustments to fit, so it’s a work in progress.
And my gravel/comfort rig, a CAADX. The rear cages are generally only added for longer gravel stuff. She’s dirty here.

Franco Grimes steel all-road bike.
Here it’s in gravel mode with 650b wheels, WTB Byway tires (47mm of awesome!), and a big cassette.
Also have 700c wheels I swap in with road tires and smaller cassette.
Building wheels myself is part of fun/formula
Ugh, that S-Works Crux. So much swoon.
The dropper post is integrated into the left shifter!

I’m currently on a Evil Wreckoning (160mm 29er) with DVO suspension. It’s getting carbon wheels soon.
