New bike day. Entry level MTB for an entry level MTR’er.
REI Co-op DRT 1.2.
Plans are to pull the tubes and go tubeless, and replace the handlebar with something that doesn’t feel eight feet wide.

At training camp with the boys. Have since thrown Ultegra c60s on there instead of the stock vision 55 SC.
Orbea Orca Aero with Ultegra di2 12 sp, and an FSA Powerbox ( NG Eco ) carbon PM crank, 380 mm bar width.
Waxed chain, smooth like butter.
Happy days.
This is sweet!
What’s funny is my kid was riding in Zwift and asked why you can’t customize avatars like in their video games. I mean, I guess it would be crazy to see Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog cruising Watopia but I bet people would pay money for it.
New Bike day. Cannondale Supersix Evo 105. Put my zipp 303s wheels on and a 38 cm handlebar. Saddle is a pro aerofuel but will be replaced when the new one arrives. Still pretty porky at 8.5 kg. But the favero pedals and carbon seatpost I ordered will push it closer to 8.3.
Waiting for my Orbea Orca Aero to be delivered. I am so excited! Love your paint scheme!
New bike day last week - goes like a rocketship.
C68 frame, CC.01 bars, Cadex 50 Ultra wheels, S-Works Romin Mirror saddle, Ultegra drivetrain, Garmin Rally pedals.
There’s some bikes that just look “right”. Very very nice!
Think you just redefined my idea of “Bike Lust” and I’m not a convert to Disc brakes yet.
very clean
New wheels! New cockpit! Upgraded the cockpit to slightly longer and more narrow (120mm/40cm). Also had the first ride on the Zipps. And my first impression is wow. Super stable, absolutely rock solid in crosswinds, which was my big worry as we have lots of wind. But I was pleasantly surprised. I’d even say they’re more stable in crosswinds than my LightBicycle AR46, even at the bigger depth (58MM).
Finally got a chance to upgrade my non-mtb. Santa Cruz Stigmata GRX 810 build. Outside of the 4iiii power meter it’s still all stock.
Size: 60
Weight with pedals: 20# 3 oz.
Just added a Revel Ranger to compliment my Rocky Mountain Altitude.
XT build with the Revel RW27 wheels and i9 1/1 hubs. Swapped the stock Fox Step Cast 34 for a Cane Creek Helm I had on a Pipedream hardtail Im selling.
Color change was done with vinyl wrap -
Fork and seatpost were wrapped freehand, heat gun and xacto knife were the only tools needed.
Logo (downtube on both sides and headtube “e”) were cut with a Cricut Joy machine.
At first, I tried tracing the logos on tracing paper and cutting them out by hand with an xacto knife, but it was not as clean/even as I wanted.
I then decided to use the Cricut, and scaled a cervelo logo vector I found online to allow for the right amount of existing white logo on the frame to show as a border.
Really easy once I started using the Cricut to do the cutting.
Also was able to use the machine to cut some Paint Protection Film (PPF) to custom shapes for little chainstay and chain drop protectors etc. Nice to be able to cut custom shapes/sizes and cheaper long term vs buying the little clear precut bike paint protectors for cable rub etc.
Looks great - Thanks for the detail on the process!
I just got my T-Lab x3 together and am much excited. It is optimized for gravel and cx for geometry, but the handling is pretty sweet everywhere. Custom geometry to get the best handling for me, though their stock geometries are pretty sweet too
Recently upgraded from a canyon to the V3Rs. Had the chance to ride the V4Rs as well but decided to go with the V3Rs. Love every bit and piece about it.
Handsome bike. Love Colnagos.
The latest addition to my stable - Specialized Tarmac SL7 in a colorway that took me 1,5 years to hunt down. Still with the wrong wheels (borrowed from the TT bike) and lacking finishing touches but makes me smile all day already. Only downside is that the Tarmac SL6 in my garage has to leave soon now
