I really need some warmup in my day. It just goes straight into the sweet spot intervals. Luckily there is a lot of rest in between.

Make sure you take in your carbs to fuel those big blue blocks and you’ll be good. Also maybe get a 3rd fan to really get that air circulation.

Freaking Greg man - you think its gonna be sweet spot but then he says something sooo Greggy and all of a sudden you’re heart rate is in Zone 6.
