Ever since signing up for TrainerRoad, I have not been able to view my workouts online.
This has been happening from the point when I signed up. The only way I can log on to my account is by clearing the history of my browser. I have even used another PC but I encounter the same issue.
In relation to the app running on Win10 Pro, it seems that after every workout I have to close it down and restart but that I can live with…
Any help in relation to accessing my workouts would be apprecaited.
Our Support Team should certainly be able to help you resolve this issue. As Chad mentioned, just shoot us an email at support@trainerroad.com and we will take a look .
